These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the OneCatalog B2B platform (the “Service”) operated by Individual Entrepreneur Aivazov Said Sabirovich (“OneCatalog”, “we”). By registering or using the Service you accept these Terms.

The Russian-language version of these Terms is the legally binding text; translations are provided for convenience.

1. Definitions

  • Service — the OneCatalog B2B platform, its websites, APIs and related services.
  • User — an individual or legal entity that uses the Service.
  • Account — a registered user record providing access to the Service.
  • Profile (Entity) — a brand, supplier or retailer entity managed within an Account.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By creating an Account or using the Service you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. Registration and account

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity carried out under your Account.
  • You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your Account.

4. Description of the Service

OneCatalog is a B2B platform for suppliers, brands and retailers. It provides product catalog and assortment management, price lists, warehouses, partnerships, public links, data exchange (including 1C) and a shared product wiki.

We may add, change or discontinue features of the Service.

5. User obligations

When using the Service you agree to:

  • use the Service lawfully and in good faith;
  • provide accurate data about yourself and your company;
  • not disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
  • not perform automated scraping beyond the provided APIs;
  • not upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content.

6. Content and intellectual property

All rights to the Service and its software belong to OneCatalog. You retain rights to the data and content you upload and grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process and display it as necessary to operate the Service.

7. Fees

Some features (for example, API usage) may be paid. Pricing and billing terms are provided separately. Applicable taxes may apply.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service in case of a violation of these Terms or of legal requirements. You may stop using the Service and delete your Account at any time.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms. The current version is published on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved in accordance with the applicable legislation.
